Ретроспективно проанализированы результаты лечения 998 детей с ургентными заболеваниями органов брюшной полости в период с 2017 по 2024 год. Пациенты распределены на три группы: гнойно-воспалительные заболевания (ГВЗБ, n=838), острые кистозные заболевания (ОКЗ, n=107) и кишечная непроходимость (КН, n=53). Оценивались технические параметры операций, частота осложнений, сроки восстановления и отдаленные результаты.
