РОЛЬ HBV RNA В РАННЕЙ ДИАГНОСТИКЕ HBV-АССОЦИИРОВАННОЙ ГЕПАТОЦЕЛЛЮЛЯРНОЙ КАРЦИНОМЫ

Дана оценка значения РНК HBV в выявлении скрытой HBV-инфекции у пациентов с гепатоцеллюлярной карциномой. РНК HBV которая была обнаружена у пациентов с положительными анти-HCV и отрицательными результатами HBsAg, а также у пациентов с отрицательными результатами серологических тестов как на HBV, так и на HCV. Это указывает на наличие скрытой HBV-инфекции. Полученные результаты подтверждают важность молекулярной диагностики для выявления латентной репликации вируса.
