ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ ПОЗИЦИОННОГО ПАРОКСИЗМАЛЬНОГО НИСТАГМА У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ГОЛОВОКРУЖЕНИЕМ

Из 548 больных с жалобами на головокружение в связи с ЛОР- патологией, заболеваниями сердечно- сосудистой и нервной систем у 101 (18,5±1,6%) обнаружен позиционный пароксизмальный нистагм(ППН). В результате клинико- статистических исследований установлено, что в генезе ППН действие сосудистого фактора имеет преобладающее значение в сравнении с явлениями очагов инфекции в организме. У больных, страдающих позиционным лабиринтным синдромом и ППН, целесообразно назначение средств, регулирующих сосудистый тонус и улучшающих кровоснабжение внутреннего уха.
