НЕФРОБЛАСТОМА У ДЕТЕЙ: СТРУКТУРА ЛЕЧЕНИЯ И АНАЛИЗ КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ ИСХОДОВ

Актуальность. Нефробластома - одна из ведущих злокачественных опухолей у детей. Анализ клинических подходов и осложнений позволяет повысить качество лечения.
Цель. Оценить структуру терапии, стадию заболевания и частоту осложнений у детей с нефробластомой.
Материалы и методы. Проанализированы данные 91 ребёнка с нефробластомой, лечившихся в РСНПМЦОиР (2015–2022). Изучены: клиническая стадия, виды лечения, схемы ПХТ, количество курсов и осложнения. Использованы описательная статистика и χ²-анализ.
Результаты. 66% пациентов были младше 3 лет. Чаще выявлялись стадии 2В и 3А. Комбинированное лечение применялось у 69,2%, преимущественно по схемам ХТ+ОП+ХТ и ОП+ХТ. Наиболее частой схемой ПХТ была CyVADIC. Частота осложнений возрастала при многоэтапных схемах.
Заключение. Комбинированная терапия наиболее эффективна при промежуточных стадиях нефробластомы, однако требует мониторинга осложнений. Индивидуализация лечения и ранняя диагностика имеют ключевое значение.
