Аннотация

Метаболический синдром (МС) оказывает значительное влияние на морфофункциональное состояние тонкого кишечника, приводя к выраженным гистологическим и ультраструктурным изменениям. В статье рассматриваются основные патологические процессы, включая дестабилизацию эпителиального барьера, гипоксию, воспалительные реакции и нарушение микроциркуляции. Особое внимание уделено изменениям энтероцитов, таких как повреждение митохондрий, нарушение межклеточных контактов и увеличение сосудистой проницаемости. Данные изменения способствуют развитию кишечной дисфункции, усиливая системные проявления метаболического синдрома.
