ОЦЕНКА РИСКА ПЕРИНАТАЛЬНЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ ДИСТАНЦИОННОГО МОНИТОРИНГА КАРДИОТОКОГРАФИИ

Кардиотокография (КТГ) — это основной метод, который помогает оценить состояние плода. Предоставляет информацию о сердечном ритме и активности плода. КТГ широко используется в клинической практике для наблюдения за состоянием плода как во время беременности, так и во время родов. В зависимости от факторов риска применяются разные типы КТГ. Знание основных принципов и терминологии КТГ, а также опыт в интерпретации результатов, помогают улучшить результаты исходов родов и определить правильную стратегию ведения родов. Запись, сделанная в процессе родов, является медицинским документом и может использоваться для комплексной оценки процесса родов или юридической защиты медицинского персонала в сложных ситуациях.
