Аннотация

Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) и метаболические нарушения представляют собой одни из наиболее значимых проблем современного здравоохранения, влияя на качество и продолжительность жизни миллионов людей по всему миру. В обзорной статье рассматриваются основные механизмы, связывающие метаболические нарушения и ССЗ, а также роль генетических факторов, таких как полиморфизмы различных генов, в патогенезе данных заболеваний. В настоящее время активно изучается сочетанное влияние генетических и средовых факторов на развитие ССЗ.  Исследования генетических маркеров, таких как полиморфизм гена PPARG, имеют большое значение для понимания патогенеза данных заболеваний и могут способствовать разработке новых методов диагностики и лечения.
