ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ИММУНОМОДУЛЯТОРОВ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ БОЛЬНЫХ С ПОЛИПОЗНЫМ РИНОСИНУСИТОМ

Изучено влияние иммуномодулятора Полиоксидоний на клиническое течение и показатели общего иммунитета больных с полипозным риносинуситом, которое проявилось в улучшении клинических симптомов, сокращении рецидивов. Также, достоверно низкий уровень IgA после лечения увеличился до контрольных значений с отклонением на 1,3%, содержание сниженного уровня IgG нормализовалось, а высокий уровень IgМ достоверно понизился до контрольного показателя.
