ВЛИЯНИЕ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА 2 ТИПА НА ЦЕРЕБРАЛЬНЫЕ СОСУДЫ ПАЦИЕНТОВ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ИШЕМИЕЙ МОЗГА

Цель: изучить состояние церебральных сосудов у пациентов с хронической ишемией мозга (ХИМ) на фоне сахарного диабета (СД) 2 типа и без СД.
Методы: В исследовании случай-контроль, включено 229 пациентов с ХИМ I - II стадии. Диагноз ХИМ и её стадия устанавливался в соответствии с существующими критериями (Шмидт Е.В., 1985; Международная классификация болезней 11-ого пересмотра, 2022). Лабораторные исследования были проведены для всех пациентов, включая глюкоза натощак, гликированный гемоглобин сыворотки, липидный спектр (триглицериды, холестерин, ЛПВП и ЛПНП), апоА1 и апоВ.
Полученные результаты: СД 2 типа представляет более высокий риск развития экстракраниального атеросклеротического заболевания, чем интракраниальный атеросклероз, на развитие которое немаловажное значение имеет как длительность СД, так и степень его компенсации.
Выводы. СД является важным фактором риска развития атеросклероза церебральных сосудов у пациентов ХИМ. У пациентов ХИМ с СД 2 типа атеросклеротические изменения чаще затрагивают экстракраниальные сосуды, чем интракраниальные.
