Abstract

The relevance of the topic is determined by the increasing number of elderly patients requiring removable dentures. During the adaptation phase, complications often occur, affecting comfort, masticatory function, and overall quality of life. The aim of the study was to identify the frequency and causes of complications and to develop recommendations for their correction. The study included 60 patients with complete and partial edentulism. Results showed that timely individual adjustment of dentures reduces complications and improves patient adaptation.
