ЭТИОПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКОЕ ЗНАЧЕНИЕ ИНГИБИТОРОВ МАО-В ПРИ БОЛЕЗНИ ПАРКИНСОНА И ИХ РОЛЬ В СНИЖЕНИИ МОТОРНЫХ СИМПТОМОВ

МАО-В ингибиторы, замедляя метаболизм дофамина, повышают его синаптическую концентрацию, уменьшают оксидативный стресс и оказывают нейропротективное действие. При применении на ранних стадиях болезни Паркинсона в виде монотерапии, а на более поздних стадиях — в комбинации с леводопой, они существенно уменьшают такие моторные симптомы, как брадикинезия, ригидность и тремор, а также рассматриваются как патогенетические средства терапии, обладающие потенциалом замедления прогрессирования заболевания.
