НАШ СПОСОБ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ С ПСЕВДОАРТРОЗАМИ НАРУЖНОГО КОНДИЛУСА ПЛЕЧЕВОЙ КОСТИ

Описано хирургическое лечение псевдоартрозов НКПК и результаты лечения их способом оперативного вмешательства, предложенными авторами. Представлен опыт хирургического лечения у 55 (5 – взрослые, 50 детей) больных с применением трансплантатов, взятыми из диафиза собственной малоберцовой кости больного для замещение костного дефекта области ложного сустава НКПК с применением аппарата Илизарова. У 12 больных, которым была выполнена костная пластика с наложением аппарата Илизарова у 11 (99,17%) получено сращение. У 30 больных для фиксации трансплантатов и отломка применялись 3,4 спицы, с наружной иммобилизацией гипсовой повязкой, среди них у 80% получено костное сращение ложного сустава,за 2-3 месячный срок. У 20% больных было достигнуто костное сращение после пременения аппарата Илизарова как 2 – этап. Доказано возможности приживления свободного костного трансплантата в условиях внутри суставного ложного сустава на примере хирургического лечения псевдоартрозов НКПК.
