ОПЫТ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ АНТИАДГЕЗИВНЫХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ В ЭКСПЕРИМЕНТЕ

В статье представлены результаты экспериментального исследования современных антиадгезивных препаратов, применяемых в профилактике спаек брюшной полости. В ходе эксперимента у 32 беспородных крыс была вызвана спаечная болезнь брюшной полости хирургическим путем. Затем, после адгезиолизиса, участки ран обрабатывали смесью имплантата Хемобен и раствором метиленового синего. Совместное применение метиленового синего с препаратом Хемобен привело к резкому снижению частоты развития спаек брюшной полости.
