СОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАНИЕ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ ПАХОВЫМИ ГРЫЖАМИ

Исследование направлено на сравнительный анализ традиционной открытой герниопластики и лапароскопических методов лечения паховых грыж. Проведен анализ 234 случаев хирургического лечения паховых грыж у пациентов мужского пола, прооперированных в хирургическом отделении многопрофильной клиники Самаркандского государственного медицинского университета в период с 2015 по 2024 гг. Результаты показали, что лапароскопические методы TAPP и TEP снижают частоту рецидива грыжи и послеоперационных осложнений по сравнению с традиционной открытой герниопластикой. Разработанный алгоритм выбора метода герниопластики в зависимости от состояния тканей позволил уменьшить частоту осложнений и улучшить результаты хирургического лечения.
