SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PANCREATIC HEAD TUMORS

The article presents information from modern literature on the structure and incidence of malignant tumors of the head of the pancreas. The main surgical method of treatment - pancreatoduodenal resection and its complications are shown in an overview. Also, an example of a clinical case of a patient with this diagnosis is inserted.
