КЛИНИКО-ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ТЕЧЕНИЯ БРУЦЕЛЛЕЗА У ЖЕНЩИН ФЕРТИЛЬНОГО ВОЗРАСТА

Было изучено 60 больных женщин с различными клиническими формами бруцеллеза. Установлено, что содержание в периферической крови ИЛ-4 и ИЛ-6 у больных женщин острой и хронической формами бруцеллеза соответствуют показателям активности инфекционного процесса, что подтверждается показателями реакции Райта. Полученные результаты можно использовать при создании алгоритма терапии у больных женщин с различными клиническими формами бруцеллеза.
