ОЦЕНКА ВЛИЯНИЯ КАРДИОПРОТЕКТОРА ТРИМЕТАТИЗИНА НА КЛИНИЧЕСКОЕ ТЕЧЕНИЕ ИНФАРКТА МИОКАРДА ОСЛОЖНЕННОЙ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТЬЮ У БОЛЬНЫХ МОЛОДОГО ВОЗРАСТА

В данной научной работе проведены данные анализа влияния кардиопротектора триметазидина на клиническое течение инфаркта миокарда осложненной хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН) у больных молодого возраста. В исследование были включены 63 больных (36 мужчин, 27 женщин) инфарктом миокарда с ХСН по NYHA I–III ФК, в возрасте от 18 до 44 лет (средний возраст 36,0±7,8 лет). Всем больным было проведено сбор анамнеза, антропометрия, общеклиническое обследование с оценкой симптоматики ХСН по шкале ШОКС, проводилось оценка толерантности к физической нагрузке с помощью теста с 6-минутной ходьбой и пробы бендпноэ. Также проводилось инструментальные исследования такие как ЭКГ, Холтер-ЭКГ, ЭхоКГ, УТТ по стандартной методике. Все больные в зависимости от методов лечения были распределены на 2 группы. В первую группу вошли 34 больных [мужчины – 22 (64%), женщины – 12 (35,3%)], которые наряду с базисной терапией получали препарат триметазидин (предуктал OD, Гедеон Рихтер, Венгрия) в дозе 80 мг 1 раза в сутки в течение 3 месяцев. Во вторую группу (группа контроля) вошли 29 больных [мужчины – 14 (48%), женщины - 15 (52%)], которые получали стандартную терапию (бета-блокаторы, ингибиторы АПФ, антагонисты кальция, нитраты, мочегонные и др.). Триметазидин является кардиопротектором высокого класса, который на фоне длительного применения (от 3 х до 6 месяцев) улучшает метаболизм сердечной мышцы и показан всем больным с ИБС, перенесшим инфаркт миокарда на ранних стадиях развития ХСН.
