Abstract

The literature review presents issues of prevention and treatment of pancreatogenic infections, which are very difficult. Multiple organ failure and purulent-septic complications are the main cause of death in this disease. A difficult and far unsolved problem is predicting the development of events in acute pancreatitis. Therefore, despite the significant experience of clinicians in pancreatology, a final solution to the problem of early diagnosis and treatment of acute pancreatitis has not been achieved
