DISTAND RESULTS OF PATIENTS WITH BREAST CANCER ACCORDING TO STAGE OF DISEASE

Introduction: Efficiency of the control of a mammary cancer (МC) is expressed by level of the early diagnostics and the probability of survival of patients on population level.
Aim: The efficiency estimation of five-year survival on population level of women with different stages of mammary cancer (MC) in Тashkent city during 2017-2022 yy.
Material and methods: Data of the conditional Cancer-register (CCR) of TCB of RSSPMCO&R for period 01.07.2017-31.03.2023 yy were used. The five year survival of Tashkent women with the first registered diagnosis MC for this period was estimated. The control date (СD) - 01.04.2023 After all specifications the general number of patients with first registered MC has constituted 3942.
Results: The fraction of the women with MC of 2nd stage constituted 44,9% (CI95%=43,4÷46,5), that was statistically above than at one other stages (p<0,05). The fractions of women with MC of III, IV and without specified stages were significantly more than those in a stages 0-I (p <0,05). The five year survival of patients with MC at population level constituted 79,4 % (CI95 % = 77,9÷81,0) that much more low than in the developed countries of the world. At women with 0-I, II, III, IV stages of MC it has accordingly constituted 93,9% (CI95% = 91,1÷96,6), 88,4% (CI95%=86,6÷90,1), 72,4% (CI95%=68,4÷76,2) and 53,7% (CI95%=46,7÷60,7), at an uncertain stage - 74,6% (CI95%=69,6÷79,7).
Conclusion: The five year survival of the women in conditions of Tashkent city is limited by large prevalence of cases with III and IV and of undetectable stages of MC (45,7%). It means the presence of serious reserves of control of MC which can be revealed by development of practice of MC screening in the conditions of a city.
