The article deals with the problem of translation with a focus on modern approaches to complex fiction texts. The study examines various methodologies applied to the translation of artistic works, analyzes the factors and strategies that influence the successful reproduction of complex stylistic aspects in translation. The author pays special attention to the sociocultural approach to translation and offers a glimpse into the current trends in this field. The article is intended to shed light on current issues of translation practice and contribute to a deeper understanding of the art of translating complex fiction texts.
