THEORETICAL BASIS OF COMPARATIVE STUDY OF PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS IN THE LINGUACULTURAL ASPECT

The article discusses the relationship between language and culture, the formation of linguacultural approach and the emergence on its basis of a new direction - comparative linguoculturology, as well as its importance in the field of phraseology. Also highlighted the features, methods and techniques, problems and difficulties of comparative research of national-cultural features of phraseological units of the English and Uzbek languages. Various scientific and theoretical views of linguists on the comparative analysis of the phraseological system of different languages are analyzed and specific scientific conclusions are drawn.
