In this article, the interpretation of the meaning of the verbal expression demostrated in the process of communication can be studied within the theory of a speech act, the pragmatic content is usually reflected in the speech acts, formation of the theory of speech acts as a separate field of research and the blaming speech act is expressed not only in a positive tone but also in Uzbek literature, it could also be expressed in a presuppositional, ironical, threatening tone.
