POLITICAL-SOCIAL AND CULTURAL LIFE IN MOVAROUNNAHR

Abstract

The article analyzes the political, social and cultural life in Movarounnahr in the VII-VIII centuries. It is known that from the first years of the introduction of Islam to Movarounnahr, the science of kalam also appeared. The emergence of this science was also caused by some political and economic processes. If we look at history, by the beginning of the 8th century, the number of converts to Islam was increasing in Movarounnahr and neighboring Khorasan compared to other regions.
