Abstract

In order to determine the phenotypic characteristics of children with chronic obstructive pyelonephritis, 283 children with chronic obstructive pyelonephritis were examined, including 101 patients with hydronephrosis (GN), 71 children with megaureter (MG), and vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) - 111 patients. The following were analyzed in detail: obstetric and family history of mothers and children with chronic obstructive pyelonephritis, anthropometric indicators of children - weight and length at birth, blood groups ABO and Rh, previous infectious and inflammatory diseases.
