Chanoq a'zolari prolapsasini jarrohlik yo'li bilan tuzatishning bemorlarning hayot sifatiga ta'sirini baholash. Jarrohlik davolashni talab qiladigan chanoq a'zolarining prolapsasi (POP) tasnifi bo'yicha o'tish davrida 20 bemorni o'rganish uchun doimiy usul ishlatilgan. Barcha bemorlar transvaginal kirish yo'li bilan prolapsni jarrohlik yo'li bilan tuzatdilar. Samaradorlik 6 oydan keyin baholandi: hayot sifatini baholash PFDI-20 so'rovnomasi yordamida o'rganildi. Tadqiqot o'tish yoshidagi ayollarda popni jarrohlik yo'li bilan tuzatish samaradorligini ko'rsatadi - operatsiyadan keyingi davrning 6 oyidan keyin POP belgilari intensivligining statistik jihatdan sezilarli pasayishi va hayot sifatining ba'zi mezonlari yaxshilandi: POPDI tos a'zolarining prolapsasi shkalasi va umumiy.
