TUXUMDON POLIKISTIK SINDROMIDA STEROIDOGENEZNI BOSHQARISHDA INTRAOVARIAL OMILLARNING ROLINI OʼRGANISH

Tadqiqotda asosiy guruhga 18 yoshdan - 35yoshgacha boʼlgan 215 ayol (oʼrtacha yoshi 25,8 ±3,28) tuxumdon polikistik sindromi (TPS) bilan ishtirok yetdi, va nazorat guruhiga 30 ayol yoshdagi mutlaqo sogʼlom ayollar kiritilgan. Korrelyatsiyalar tabiatini oʼrganish uchun oʼtkazilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari ingibin V (r=0,74; p˂0,05), АMG(r=0,79; p˂0,05), IPFR-I (r=0,67;p˂0,05), insulin (r=0,62; p˂0,05), indeks NOMА(r=0,66; p˂0,05) va LG darajasi TPS bilan ogʼrigan bemorlarda koʼrsatkichlari oʼrtasida sezilarli darajada ijobiy korrelyatsiyani aniqladik, salbiy teskari korrelyatsiya ingibin V (r=-0,7;p˂0,05), АMG (r=-0,73; p˂0,05), IPFR-I (r=-0,69; p˂0,05), insulin (r=-0,62; p˂0,05), NOMА indeksi (r=-0,67; p˂0,05) va FSG darajasi bilan. Yuqoridagilardan kelib chiqadiki, bu kasallikda tez-tez uchraydigan LG darajasining oshishi polikistik tuxumdonlar hujayralari tomonidan ingibin V, АMG va IPFR-I ishlab chiqarishni koʼpaytirishi va natijada androgenlar ishlab chiqarishni koʼpaytirishi mumkin, aftidan, umumiy salbiy taʼsir koʼrsatadi oddiy follikulogenez va ovulyatsiya, bu patogenez TPS baʼzi tuxumdon ichidagi omillar va tuxumdon steroidogenezi tizimlarining oʼzaro bogʼliq buzilishlarini oʼz ichiga olishi mumkinligini koʼrsatadi.
