Acute respiratory viral infections have been a pressing problem at various times in human history. The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic in the 21st century has shown that this infection has had a serious impact on the global health system. This virus poses a significant threat, especially to pregnant women, and can negatively affect the course of pregnancy. The purpose of the study is to assess the state of the hemostasis system in pregnant women who have had acute respiratory diseases. As part of the study, 49 pregnant women hospitalized in a maternity hospital in the Samarkand region were analyzed. The results showed that the general condition of patients, reasons for hospitalization, comorbid conditions, laboratory tests (coagulogram, changes in the blood coagulation system), and delivery outcomes differ depending on the trimester of pregnancy. The significance of the study is that there is a need for an in-depth study of perinatal and neonatal complications that may occur in pregnant women who have had COVID-19 infection. More extensive research is required on this topic.
