Objective: to study the state of the cytokine link in women with ovarian hyperandrogenism. Material and methods. The study involved 55 women of reproductive age with an established diagnosis of ovarian hyperandrogenism. The control group consisted of 35 practically healthy women of reproductive age. Serum cytokine levels were determined by ELISA, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Results: A significant increase in the levels of proinflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-8 and IL-17A was found in women with hyperandrogenism compared to the control group. These changes may play a key role in the pathogenesis of the disease, affecting metabolic and reproductive functions. Further research is needed to develop therapeutic strategies aimed at reducing inflammation and improving the condition of patients
