##article.abstract##

Noto'g'ri ovqatlanish yallig'lanishli ichak kasalligi bo'lgan bemorlarda keng tarqalgan muammo bo'lib, yarali kolit (YaK) bilan og'rigan bemorlarning 18-62% gacha bo’lgan qismida qayd etiladi. Ushbu tadqiqot YaK bemorlaridagi mikronutrient holatini va uning kasallikning og'irligi bilan bog'liqligini baholashga qaratilgan. 2022-yildan 2023-yilgacha bo‘lgan davrda gastroenterologiya va yiringli xirurgiya bo‘limiga tashrif buyurgan 46 nafar bemorda prospektiv vaziyatni nazorat qilish tadqiqoti o‘tkazildi. Bemorlar yo‘g‘on ichak ko‘rinishidagi ma’lumotlar va gistopatologik tekshiruv natijalariga ko‘ra yengil, o‘rtacha va og‘ir  guruhlarga bo‘lindi. Qon zardobida temir, magniy, sink, selen va mis tekshirildi. Tadqiqotga kiritilgan 46 nafar (17 erkak, 29 ayol) bemorlar o’rtacha yoshi 32 yosh bo'lib, ular 2 guruhga bo'lindi  (23 nafar YaK bilan va 23 nafar sog'lom shaxslar). YaK guruhidagi bemorlarda zardobdagi  magniy, sink va selenning darajasi sezilarli darajada past bo’lganligi kuzatildi (p< 0,001, 0,018 va < 0,001). Biroq, temir va mis darajalari 2 guruh bemorlarida sezilarli darajada farq qilmadi. YaK bo'lgan bemorlarda mikronutrientlar yetishmovchiligini bartaraf etish remissiyaga erishishga yordam berishi mumkinligi baholanishi kerak.
