РЕВМАТОИД АРТРИТДА ТАКОМИЛЛАШТИРИЛГАН ДАВОЛАШНИНГ ФЕТУИН-А, TLR4 ВА ЯЛЛИҒЛАНИШ БИОМАРКЕРЛАРИ ДИНАМИКАСИГА ТАЪСИРИ

Ушбу мақолада ревматоид артрит (РА) билан касалланган беморларда такомиллаштирилган мажмуавий даволаш схемасининг қон зардобидаги Фетуин-А, Toll-like рецептор 4 (TLR4) ҳамда тизимли яллиғланиш биомаркерлари (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α, ЦЦПА) динамикасига кўрсатган таъсири ёритилган. Тадқиқот 2024-2026 йилларда Миллий тиббиёт марказининг ревматология бўлимида олиб борилган бўлиб, унга EULAR/ACR-2010 мезонлари бўйича ишончли РА ташҳисли 140 нафар бемор ва 36 нафар амалий соғлом шахс жалб этилган. Беморлар касалликнинг клиник шаклига ҳамда даво турига кўра тўртта кичик гуруҳга ажратилди. 12 ҳафталик кузатув натижалари такомиллаштирилган мажмуавий схема Фетуин-А миқдорини тиклаши, TLR4 даражасини сусайтириши, IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α ва ЦЦПА концентрацияларини анъанавий схемага қараганда 2,5-3,5 баравар камайтириши, шунингдек, EULAR/ACR жавоб мезонлари бўйича клиник самарадорликни оширишини намойиш этди. Энг яққол ижобий жавоб касалликнинг бўғимдан ташқари клиник шаклига мансуб беморларда қайд этилди.
