Jigar exinokokkozi — Echinococcus granulosusning lichinka bosqichi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lgan, sekin rivojlanuvchi, klinik jihatdan ko‘p yillik yashirin kechishi bilan ajralib turadigan parazitar kasallikdir. Multimodal tashxislash yondashuvi orqali kistaning morfologik tuzilmasi, hajmi, joylashuvi va atrof to‘qimalar bilan munosabati aniq baholanadi. Bu esa jarrohlik yoki invaziv muolajalardan oldin to‘liq diagnostik tayyorgarlikni ta’minlaydi. Shu bois, jigar exinokokkozini multimodal usullar bilan tashxislash hozirgi zamon tibbiyotida dolzarb masalalardan biridir.
