Tungi apnoe sindromi (TAS) yoki obstruktiv uyqu apnoesi (gipopnoesi) hozirgi kunda nafaqat kardiologiya va endokrinologiya sohasida baliki zamonaviy tibbiyotning dolzarb muammolaridan sanaladi.TAS tungi uyqu vaqtida nafas olishning qisqa muddatli, ammo takroriy to‘xtab qolishi bilan tavsiflanadigan, ko‘p omilli va surunkali kechuvchi kasallikdir. Ushbu sindrom nafaqat normal uyqu sifatining buzilishiga, balki yurak-qon tomir, endokrin va nevrologik tizimlarda og‘ir asoratlarning rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Ushbu maqolada tungi apnoe sindromining etiologik omillari va patogenetik mexanizmlari, klinik belgilarining xilma-xilligi, zamonaviy diagnostika yondashuvlari hamda kompleks samarali davolash usullari batafsil tahlil qilinadi.
