Tadqiqotda tajribaviy revmatoidli artrit sharoitida 12 oylik oq zotsiz kalamushlarning periferik limfa tugunlarida yuzaga keladigan morfologik va morfometrik o‘zgarishlar o‘rganildi. Limfa tugunining umumiy diametri, kortikal va parakortikal zonalar qalinligi, limfoid follikulalar soni va diametri, germinativ markazlar ulushi, medulyar zona hamda stroma ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlanib, statistik tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, tajribaviy revmatoid artrit limfa tugunlarida yaqqol strukturaviy o‘zgarishlarni keltirib chiqaradi, bu esa limfoid va stromal komponentlarning nisbiy taqsimlanishidagi o‘zgarishlar bilan namoyon bo‘ladi.
