Zamonaviy pediatriyaning eng o‘tkir va hal qilinishi kerak bo‘lgan muammolaridan biri surunkali kasalliklarga chalingan bolalarga g‘amxo‘rlik qilishdir. Tadqiqotimiz davomida ushbu toifadagi bemorlarda immun tizimining ma’lum tarkibiy qismlarida va organizmning o‘ziga xos bo‘lmagan himoya reaksiyalarida o‘ziga xos nuqsonlar aniqlandi. Ushbu topilmalar immunokorreksiyalovchi terapiyani davolash va profilaktika kompleksiga kiritish uchun asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Bronxo-munalni immunomodulyator sifatida qo‘llash kasalliklar chastotasini kamaytirish va bolalarning umumiy ahvolini yaxshilashda o‘zining samaradorligini ko‘rsatdi.
