bolalar, ekssudativ o‘rta otit, etiologiya, xavf omillari

##article.abstract##

O‘rta otit, xususan, uning ekssudativ shakli bolalik davrida eng ko‘p uchraydigan Otorinolaringologik kasalliklardan biri sanaladi. Ayniqsa, erta va maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda bu kasallik aksar hollarda klinik simptomlarsiz kechadi, bu esa eshitishning pasayishiga olib kelib, o‘z navbatida patologik jarayonning vaqtida aniqlanmasligiga sabab bo‘ladi. Minimal darajadagi eshitish yetishmovchiligi esa bolalarning eshitish qobiliyati, nutq rivojlanishi hamda yuqori nerv faoliyatining shakllanishiga salmoqli salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Amaliyotda pediatr shifokorlar ekssudativ o‘rta otitning ilk klinik ko‘rinishlariga eng birinchi bo‘lib duch keladigan mutaxassislar hisoblanadi. Shu bois, ular ushbu patologiya, uning etiopatogenezida ishtirok etuvchi asosiy omillar va xavf faktorlarini chuqur o‘zlashtirishi lozim. Adabiyotlar tahlilining dastlabki qismida ekssudativ o‘rta otit patogenezining zamonaviy nazariyalari, virus va bakterial mikrofloraning roli, burun-halqumda joylashgan o‘simtalar sababli eshitish nayining obstruksiyasi, kraniofasial anomaliyalar (xususan, xromosomal sindromlar), allergik holatlar, rinosinusit va adenoiditlarning kasallik rivojlanishiga ta’siri tahlil etilgan.
