Паклитаксел используемый в химиотерапии рака молочной железы является ингибитором митоза и получена из растений. Они блокируют деление клеток, нарушают функцию микротрубочек и некоторых ферментных белков. Они изменяют метаболизм аминокислот и некоторых других веществ, таких как нуклеиновые кислоты, синтез жиров, а также влияют на клеточное дыхание. Когда мы моделировали рак молочной железы у 6-месячных крыс и проводили химиотерапию с использованием паклитаксела столкнулись с различными патоморфологическими изменениями.
