Amaliy jarrohlik uchun ventral churralarni allogernioplastikada qo‘llash uchun kompozit qoplamali birinchi mahalliy to‘rsimon protezi ishlab chiqilgan. Zamonaviy gerniologiyada paraprotez asoratlarning yuqori chastotasi bilan ajralib turadigan onlay pozitsiyasida protezni mahkamlash bilan plastik usullar faol qo‘llanilishda davom etayotganligini hisobga olib, ushbu maqolada operatsiyadan keyingi o‘ziga xos asoratlar chastotasini kamaytirishga qaratilgan qorin old devorining churralari uchun kombinatsiyalangan alloplastikaning takomillashtirilgan usuli keltirilgan.
