Spondiloartritlar (SpA) - yallig’lanishli revmatologik kasallik bo’lib, skelet o’qi, periferik bo’g’imlar va paylar, shuningdek skeletdan tashqari a’zolarning shikastlanishi bilan kechadi. So’nggi nomenklaturada SpA aksial va periferik turlarga bo’linadi. Aksial SPA rentgenografik va rentgenografik bo’lmagan aksial SpA ga bo’linadi. Genetik omillar muhim rol o’ynaydi, bunda HLA-B27 eng katta ta’sirga ega. Interleykin-23/17 immunologik jihatdan muhim ahamiyat kasb etib, davolash maqsadlariga erishish uchun yangi imkoniyatlarni ochib beradi. Aksial SpA ning asosiy belgisi o’ziga xos xususiyatlarga ega bo’lgan bel og’rig’idir. Davolash rejasida davolash jismoniy tarbiyasi, nosteroid yallig’lanishga qarshi dori vositalari (birinchi qator davolash usuli) va biologik preparatlar (aksial spondiloartrit uchun ikkinchi qator davolash usuli) qo’llaniladi. An’anaviy asosiy davolash usullari faqat periferik artritda samarali bo’ladi.
