Parkinson kasalligi (PK) — keng tarqalgan neyrodegenerativ kasallik bo‘lib, surunkali rivojlanish xususiyatiga ega va harakat bilan bog‘liq (motor) hamda harakat bilan bog‘liq bo‘lmagan (nomotor) simptomlar bilan kechadi. Ikkilamchi parkinsonizm esa ma’lum etiologiyali boshqa kasalliklarning asorati hisoblanadi (miya qon-tomir zararlanishi, bosh miya jarohatlari, o‘smalar, gidrosefaliya, dori vositalari bilan davolash yoki toksik omillar ta’siri). Ushbu patologik holatlarni klinik jihatdan farqlashni bilish aniq tashxis qo‘yish va optimal davolash taktikasini tanlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Mazkur tahliliy maqolaning maqsadi - parkinsonizm sindromi bilan namoyon bo‘ladigan holatlarning, jumladan, qon-tomir, dori vositalariga bog‘liq va atipik parkinsonizmlarning patogenezi va klinik belgilari haqidagi zamonaviy qarashlarni qiyosiy tizimlashtirishdan iborat.
