GEPATORENAL SINDROM NATIJALARINI BASHORAT QILISHDA ANEMIYANING O‘RNI: KLINIK JIHATLAR VA DAVOLASH STRATEGIYALARI

Gepatorenal sindrom (GRS) jigar sirrozi rivojlangan bemorlarda og'ir asoratlarni ifodalaydi, bu buyrakning strukturaviy kasalligi bo'lmaganda buyrak funksiyasining tez yomonlashishi bilan tavsiflanadi. GRS patofiziologiyasi keng o'rganilgan bo'lsa-da, potensial prognostik omil sifatida birga keladigan kamqonlikning roli yetarli darajada tavsiflanmagan bo'lib qolmoqda. Ushbu maqola gepatorenal sindromli bemorlarda kaqonlik og`irlik darajalari va klinik natijalar o'rtasidagi bog'liqlikni o'rganadi, 1-toifa va 2-toifa GRS taqdimotlarini o'rganadi. 2022-2024 orasida GRS tashxisi qo'yilgan 287 bemorlarining klinik ma'lumotlarini retrospektiv tahlil qilish orqali ushbu tadqiqot gematologik parametrlarni, buyrak funksiyasi belgilarini va omon qolish natijalarini baholaydi. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatadiki, past gemoglobin darajasi (<9 g/dL) mustaqil ravishda 30 kunlik o'lim (HR 1.87, 95% CI 1.42-2.46, p<0.001) va vazokonstriktor terapiyasiga javobni kamaytirish bilan bog'liq. Bundan tashqari, maqsadli aralashuvlar orqali kamqonlikni tuzatish buyrakni tiklash ko'rsatkichlarini yaxshilash bilan bog'liq edi. Ushbu topilmalar kamqonlikni GRSda muhim va potensial o'zgartirilishi mumkin bo'lgan prognostik omil sifatida belgilaydi va boshqaruv protokollari bemorning natijalarini yaxshilash uchun standart vazokonstriktiv terapiya bilan bir qatorda gematologik optimallashtirishni o'z ichiga olishi kerakligini ko'rsatadi.
