Маълумки, юрак қон-томир касалликлари ва буйраклар дисфункцияси мустақил равишда ҳамда бири иккинчисининг негизида юзага келиши сифатида намоён бўлади. Ушбу мақолада сурункали юрак етишмовчилиги оқибатида буйраклар дисфункцияси ривожланиш механизмларини тушунтирувчи маълумотлар келтирилди. Юрак қон-томир тизми ва буйраклар ўртасидаги патологик жараёнларни боғлайдиган кардиоренал синдром  ҳақидаги тадқиқотлар кўриб чиқилди. Шунингдек, сурункали юрак етишмовчилиги фонида буйраклар дисфункцияси ривожланишида сийдик кислотасининг аҳамиятини изоҳловчи илмий ишлар батафсил ёритилган.
