Воспалительные заболевания наружного и среднего уха, развивающиеся на фоне ВГВ, характеризуются длительностью процесса и низкой эффективностью консервативной терапии. При развитии воспалительных процессов заболевания большое значение следует придавать неспецифической резистентности и иммунологическим процессам.
