Abstract

According to the World Health Organization, cardiovascular disease (CVD) is responsible for 31% of all deaths in the world [1,2]. If the nosological indicators are myocardial infarction, heart failure, arterial hypertension and arrhythmia, arrhythmia and heart failure, the subject of interest in modern arrhythmology, account for about half or 15% to 20% of the causes of death from cardiovascular disease. 20% of the total global figure is death. In particular, the hovering of only one compartment corresponds to a 4% share of all humanity on Earth [3,4]. Despite the extreme relevance of the problem, highly specialized medical care for patients with heart rhythm disorders or arrhythmias in the Bukhara region was not provided continuously until 2023.
