Abstract

Cardiorenal syndrome (CRS), along with its associated conditions of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and heart failure (HF), remains one of the most pressing issues in global medicine today. The following statistical indicators are based on international and local data. According to statistics, on a global scale, approximately 30-50% of patients with heart failure also experience impaired renal function (cardiorenal syndrome). To achieve our objective, 156 patients with the pathology of "heart failure concurrent with chronic kidney disease," who were treated at the Bukhara branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Emergency Medicine in 2025-2026, were included in this research study.
