Abstract

Currently, the aging of cardiovascular diseases is becoming a serious medical and social problem worldwide. Among the main causes of this situation, factors such as improper nutrition, decreased physical activity, constant stress, insomnia, and excessive consumption of nicotine and alcoholic beverages are of significant importance. To prevent the aging of cardiovascular diseases, it is necessary to establish a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, increase physical activity, and implement regular preventive examinations.
