TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF THE IMPROVED METHOD OF COMBINED ALLOPLASTICS OF ANTERIOR ABDOMINAL WALL HERNIAS

For practical surgery, the first domestic mesh prosthesis with a composite coating has been developed for use in allogernioplasty of ventral hernias. Given that modern herniology continues to actively use onlay prosthesis fixation methods, which are characterized by a higher frequency of paraprothesis complications, this article presents an improved method of combined alloplasty for anterior abdominal wall hernias aimed at reducing the frequency of specific postoperative complications.
