The specificity of the modern model of the Uzbek family is investigated, which is manifested in the fact that in its family institutional structure combining formal and informal restrictions, individual limitations of family relations are gaining strength, acting as an independent force in the process of forming new family institutions against the backdrop of the traditional family crisis.
Within the framework of institutional cooperation, the family institution is being transformed in Uzbekistan. The objective reasons for the paradigm of the crisis of family and marriage relations and the influence of the developed regulatory and legal regulators to strengthen the family are considered.
