INSTITUTIONAL MECHANISMS OF SOCIAL MANAGEMENT OF ETHNOCULTURAL INTEGRATION

This article examines the institutional mechanisms of social governance of ethnocultural integration in the context of a modern multiethnic society. It highlights the role of state institutions, the education system, civil society organizations, cultural institutions, and mass media in promoting interethnic harmony, social stability, and civic identity. Based on institutional and sociological approaches, the study analyzes the interaction of social institutions that ensure the effectiveness of ethnocultural integration processes. It substantiates that the coordinated functioning of institutional mechanisms contributes to preserving ethnocultural diversity, fostering intercultural dialogue, and improving the effectiveness of social governance. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the comprehensive sociological analysis of the institutional mechanisms of social governance of ethnocultural integration and in identifying the priority directions for their improvement under contemporary conditions.
