THE ROLE OF THE SOCIALIZATION FACTOR IN ORGANIZING COMMUNICATIVE ACTIVITIES OF YOUTH ORGANIZATIONS

In this article, the author analyzes the role of the socialization factor in organizing communicative activities within youth organizations. The study highlights the institutional role of youth organizations in the process of young people’s adaptation to society, acquisition of social experience, and development of communication skills. It also scientifically substantiates the close relationship between the effectiveness of communicative activity and the level of socialization. The study explores the functional role of socialization in structuring communication processes within youth organizations and its impact on enhancing youth social activity and collaborative engagement. Based on sociological approaches, theoretical perspectives, and practical examples, the article reveals key aspects of developing communication processes in the youth environment. As a result, the impact of youth organizations on socialization and the importance of this process in shaping communicative competencies are summarized.
