THE IMPORTANCE OF THE IDEAS OF HERMETISM IN THE FORMATION OF THE EASTERN AND WESTERN RENAISSANCE

The article analyzes the significance of the ideas of Hermeticism in the formation of the Eastern and Western Renaissance. In considering this problem, special attention is paid to the comparative analysis of the events of the Western European Renaissance and the Arab-Muslim Renaissance, in which the ideas of Hermeticism served as a transformation paradigm during periods of radical changes in the development of human thought. It also examines separately the
factor of hermeticism in the formation of the Institute of Science, which is an important factor in the formation of both renaissances
